The Featured Article Committee considers the featured article criteria and selects articles that meet that critatian. These articles are then added to the proposed candidates list.
Each day, Monday through Friday, one article is then chosen from the list to be placed on the FamilySearch Research Wiki as a featured article. When considering the article to be chosen, this is done with a view to how it's image will blend with the other four pictures already posted.
