The Kalispel Reservation is located in eastern Washington, about 65 miles north of Spokane, in Pend Oreille county.

- 1914: Created by executive order by President Woodrow Wilson (4,629 acres)
- 1914: First church built on reservation by a Jesuit missionary- Father Edward M. Griva
- 1915: First school (closed in 1948)
- 1924: Land allotted, the allotments were for 40 acres.
- 1933: Land allotments
- 1938: Constitution ratified under the Indian Reorganization Act
