How this page was created?

This was first created in Microsoft Excel. Then it was placed in Microsoft Word and saved as an html (web page.) After some editing, deleting of a lot of Microsoft html layout, test trials, consluting, and transfering it into Wikitext coding; the page finally formed into what you see now. We thank all those who have worked hard and those who will work hard in the process of this page.
