Each year we make a research trip to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. Here is the information for this year's trip!


Join the Mexico Genealogy Research Group for a week of genealogy research at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah 19 – 26 June 2011


• Spend a week researching in the world’s largest library of its kind!

• Get help with your research from the library staff, and from the experienced researchers that go on the trip!

• Enjoy the company of genealogy friends. Its always more fun to go to SLC together!

The Family History Library is open Monday – Saturday:
• Mon: 8 am – 5 pm
• Tue – Sat: 8 am – 9 pm

You are responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements. However, here are some suggestions:</u

Several of us plan to stay at the Carlton Hotel It is historic and friendly, and very affordable! We especially like the cooked-to-order breakfast that comes included in the price of your stay there! It is a several block walk from the library, but they run a shuttle, so you have door-to-door service! Call 800-633-3500 or 801-355-3418 for reservations.
