Court and notarial records (Rechterlijke en notariële akten, Archives Judiciaires et registres notariaux) include records from local courts regarding wills, contracts, marriages, inheritance, sale and transfer of property, annuities, mortgages, declarations of legal age, alderman and orphan’s chamber records.
