Reference tag issue:  Some are missing leading sloped bracket "&lt;"  in ref tag.  This is causing pages to become unformatted and injects a closing reference statement. Wiki editor cannot interpret this. The page has to be manually reconstructed. Check history to see if there is an earlier version that can be used.<br>
