| The Five Civilized Tribes Agency was created in 1914 by the consolidation of the [[Union Indian Agency (Oklahoma)|Union Agency]] and the Commission to the Five Civilized Tribes ([[Dawes Commission Enrollment Records for Five U.S. Indian Tribes|Dawes Commission]]).
