- During the Christmas break, 2022, the Mapleton FamilySearch Center merged with the new Springville FamilySearch Discovery Center located at 260 S. 700 East in Springville.
- The Mapleton Center is now the "Mapleton Digital Conversion Center". It only supports digital conversion of photos/documents, slides, VHS tapes, and home movies (8mm and Super 8). Specific days and hours of operation will be announced in early February 2023.

- We are always looking for volunteers to help staff our center to help patrons with equipment regardless of experience or expertise.
