Eating at the Family History Library[edit | edit source]

Food is welcome in the snack room located on the main floor of the Family History Library. The snack room has:

  • Vending machines
  • Microwaves
  • Tables and chairs

The snack room is located in the northwest corner of the building - just past the bathrooms and Classroom A.

Drinks at the Family History Library[edit | edit source]

  • Water bottles with closed lids are permitted throughout the library.

Fast Food and Restaurants around the Family History Library[edit | edit source]

There are many food options including restaurants and fast food within walking distance of the Library, including at Temple Square and at City Creek Center. You can also catch Trax for free over to City Creek Center or The Gateway. Go to the UTA website for more information.

Note: The option to eat at the Church Office Building (COB) is not longer available for FS Library patrons because of security concerns on the Church Office campus. We apologize we can no longer offer this service.
