Denver Public Library has one of the largest collections of genealogical material in the western United States. This includes US Federal census microfilmed images from 1790 forward, as well as newspaper, obituary, mortuary and cemetery indexes, census and tax lists, naturalization files and much more. While DPL has a superb collection of local records, there is much information for other areas also. <br>
