Brief Timeline

1787: Contact with Europeans

1855: Quinault River Treaty, land lost and tribe removed to Quinault Reservation

1873: The Quinault River Treaty was nullified

1893:Hoh Reservation established

This tribe is primarily associated with the Hoh Reservation in Washington.
