*The society meets monthly providing quality genealogical speakers.&nbsp; These meetings are open to the general public as well as to members.
The Dallas Genealogical Society is a non-profit tax exempt Section 501(c)(3) organization that provides resources and services of interest to family history researchers in (or with an interest in) Dallas and North Texas. We partner with the Genealogy & History Division of the Dallas Public Library to provide services and educational activities that cultivate and nurture an interest in Family History Research.
*The society offers 2 full-day workshops (a Spring Lecture and a Fall Lecture) plus a 2-day Summer Symposium each year.
We are committed to education, service, preservation, and keeping abreast of new developments in genealogical resources, technology, and information providers while pursuing these primary goals:
