Steps to Removal (deletion), redirection, merging of the page with other pages or removal of the Template on Pages Under Construction that will make these pages more useful to the Wiki

List of pages that have gone more than two years without activity

Go to the above page select a group, and place your name.

• Ask the following

• Is this page blank?
• Is the material on this page of any use?
• Is this material covered on other pages?

• Decide what to do.

You can decide to

• 1) delete (this option needs to be cleared out by the Community Council first unless it is a page with almost no content or no content)
• 2) Merge the page
• 3) Redirect the page
• 4) Remove the Under Construction Template (Talk to Sandra Pond before)

• Delete because it contains no useful material. When putting letter on our Talk page use [[]] when sending on the Email on the User talk page use URL. Email to delete

The following page _________ which is under construction, has not been edited since ________. At this time there is nothing on this page. Our plan is to delete the above page within two weeks unless we hear from you.

• Next Communicate with the author (Go to History, click on the creator of the pages talk, on that page go down the navigation bar to email this user and click)

• Email the original creator

• Place the date email is sent after your name on the list above
• Place action decided on after the date (Delete, redirect, merge or removal of template

• Give them time to respond. (2 weeks)

• Proceed with Plan after the two weeks.
