This page is under construction. Rather than have a basic list, we are creating a page in the FamilySearch Wiki for each parish in Sweden. We will link each Swedish parish page to the name of the parish found in the alphabetical table below. Remember we are using the correct Swedish alphabetical order including the Å, Ä, and Ö which follow after the letter Z respectively. As these parish pages are used as a research tool, please consider:

  • When there are multiple parishes in a city, the parish page will be listed by the city name (colon) followed by the parish name.
  • When there are multiple parishes by the exact same name, we will title the page by the county (colon) followed by the parish name.
  • Each parish will have its own page (no matter when the parish was created).

The effort to create a great page for each parish in Sweden is a huge project, any assistance would be appreciated.

Here's the old list (without links).
