Welcome to the Family History Library Classes and Webinars page. On this page you will find a list of all the class schedules as well as webinars that will be taught. A webinar is a class that is broadcasted over the internet, anyone interested can attend. In order to attend a webinar find the class from the below list. The classes are organized according to geographical region. Once you find the class you are interested in, click on the title to enter the online webinar room. Please make sure your headphones or speakers are connected BEFORE you enter the webinar room. We recommend that you enter the webinar about 15-20 minutes before the start time. This will help ensure that your sound is working before the webinar begins. If you would like to download the Handout click on the word “Click Here” next to the title of the class.

In order to view past webinars, you can scroll down to the Past Webinars section or click here.

For a list of other places that hold webinars click here.

All class times are scheduled in Mountain Time.

Past Webinars & Handouts[edit | edit source]

All of the past webinars are organized by region of the world. In order to view a past webinar, click on the word show next to the country of interest. You will then need to locate the desired title and click on it. Some areas, such as England, Wales, etc., are subheadings under a larger heading (i.e. the British Isles). If you would like to download the handout click on the word “Handout” next to the title of the class. In some cases, only the handout will be available for the class. Please allow 4 weeks for recent classes and handouts to be posted in this section as all recorded classes must be edited and reviewed for content. To view other webinars and recorded classes from FamilySearch that are not listed on this page, click here.
