This article describes the services and resources available at a FamilySearch Centre, a branch facility of the FamilySearch Library. |
The Centre serves the Cardiff and south-east Wales Valleys areas.

- Some films and fiche held locally. Before ordering films or fiche check with the FHC whether the item(s) you are interested in are available at the Cardiff FHC. The catalogue number must be quoted.
Databases and Software[edit | edit source]
- FHC Portal This centre has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the centre to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions.
Hardware and Equipment[edit | edit source]
- 3 computers with internet access
- 1 imaging machine for producing hard copy from films/fiche
- 4 manual film readers
- 3 fiche readers.
