Part 1 - Creating the FHC page[edit | edit source]

  • If no contact information is listed on the FHC Map, you have finished the task. Go back to the task list and put the date you completed the task and add "Notes" column, missing address.
  • If the address and contact information is on the FHC Map, complete the rest of the Part 2 below.
