Occasionally you will need to write for information regarding an ancestor.

You may just want a quick cover letter to accompany this Information Request form. Your cover letter should explain why you believe they may be of assistance to you.

Write or preferably type the information clearly. This way you do not add to the confusion of difficult searches by creating needless research or errors.

Remember to always include a self-addressed stamped envelope
