FamilySearch Wiki:Wiki Governance Council: Difference between revisions

In September 2011, FamilySearch invited a group of users to form a Governance Team to lead on reviewing, developing and putting in place the policies/governance process needed by the Research Wiki.

Scope[edit | edit source]

All policies are within scope for the team to review, with an emphasis to start with those relating to policy enforcement and the process by which contributors can look to resolve disagreements.

Review and simplify the overall process
- Many of the articles were started taking Wikipedia's process as a basis.
  For the Research Wiki this can and should be simplified.
- Suggestions have been added to FamilySearch Wiki talk:Dispute resolution
