This article describes the services and resources available at a FamilySearch Center, a branch facility of the FamilySearch Library. |
Malad Idaho Stake Family History Center serves most of Oneida County. Located 13 miles north of the Utah Border on I-15, the center has an outstanding historical collection of the county as well as computers available for online research. 'Knowledgeable and friendly consultants are always ready to help anyone who enters the doors. Residing in the west part of the valley, in the east end of the Malad Stake Building, the center is an important and integral part of the Malad Valley.

- FamilySearch Catalog: This center has the ability to order any of the films and fiche available through the FamilySearch Catalog.

- FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions. Oneida County has a rich Welsh Heritage. Host to Welsh Days every June, the center specializes in Welsh research.
