Kent, England Probate Jurisdictions: Difference between revisions

Here is a list of the parishes of Kent and the primary probate courts that had jurisdiction over each. There were also secondary courts with jurisdiction. They will be added at a later time. The highest court in the land was the Prerogative Court of Canterbury and it would have had final jurisdiction.
