Rushen (Manx: Rosien) is an ecclesiastical parish in the Isle of Man.

The parish contains the villages of Port St. Mary (Manx: Purt le Moirrey) and Port Erin (Manx: Purt Çhiarn) and also includes the island of Calf of Man (Manx: Yn Cholloo).

The ecclesiastical parish contained chapels of ease at Port Erin, Port St Mary and Cregneash.
