Information regarding cemetary records can be found at find-a-grave or billiongraves. Both are webistes which feature pictures and transcripts of headstones. Both are searchable.
Find-a-grave contains some 1550 records from Romania extracted from 92 different cemetaries.
Billiongraves lists 40 cemetaries in Romania, records are available from the following cemetary:
