Unfortunately, the records were uploaded without a way of understanding which estate a researcher should look in to find their ancestors.

Unfortunately, the records were uploaded without a way of understanding which estate a researcher should look in to find their ancestors. This project is meant to help anyone who wants to use these records better decide which estate their ancestor lived in, making the research easier and quicker.

This goal will be accomplished by creating wiki pages of each estate. On 20 December 2012, FamilySearch uploaded over 2.5 million records created by the estates of Denmark! These records include probates, farm contracts, tax records, and much more! Unfortunately, the records were uploaded without a way of understanding which estate a researcher should look in to find their ancestors. This project is meant to help anyone who wants to use these records better decide which estate their ancestor lived in, making the research easier and quicker.
