Answer #1: The waypoint 28289-28320 should read 28281-28320.
Question #2: Vol 66-2 appears to be missing in the collection. Is it available?
Answer #2: Vol 66-2 is out of order in the collection because of the brackets that surround it. You will find those records after vol 86 4707-4806, listed as vol [66-2] 4861-4896.
