This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements.
I'm curious about how to best/accurately handle references to the IGI.  The instructions on this page say to link to Historical Records.  But isn't the IGI more like Family Trees than Historical Records?  Mentions of and links to Ancestral File and Pedigree Resource File should also be removed/updated, too, right?
