The 103rd Regiment, New York Infantry, also known as "Seward Infantry"[1], was organized at New York City from November, 1861, to March, 1862. The duty of this regiment was in the Department of Virginia until December, 1865.[2] They were mustered out at New York City on December 7, 1865 under Colonel William Heine.[3]
