WikiProject:Update Pages with Template Breadcrumbs
Purpose
Someone has created breadcrumbs using a unique template for each page. We are going to convert them to the new breadcrumb template and put them on the page.

NOTE ABOUT URLS ON TASK LIST: Most cells on this task list contain 3 urls. The url you wish to click on to get to the correct Wiki page is the first link in the list that pops up. Ignore the other two links.
Step One - Choose a Wiki Page From the Task List
1. Go to the task list and sign up for a Wiki page to review. Click on the first link in the list to go to the Wiki page.
Step Two - Click on Edit Source at the Top of the Page
1. Click on Edit Source found at the top of the Wiki page.
Step Three - Open the Breadcrumb Template
1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should see "Template used on this page:" If the list of template does not appear, click on the arrow on the left side of the word, Template.
2. Usually there is only one template in the list. Hold down the Ctrl button and click on the word "(edit)". It will open a new tab with the template in edit mode.
3. If there is more than 1 template listed, open each template to locate the breadcrumb using the instructions in #2 above.
Step Four - Open the Breadcrumb Template
1. Go to the tab containing the template you just opened and review the wikitext code to see the breadcrumb.
2. Delete all the content on the page including the category.
3. Add this delete template to this template.

4. Save the page. You do not need to add anything to the summary.
Step Five - Go Back to the Wiki Page
1. Click on the first tab and you should see the Wiki page with the wikitext code.
2. Locate the template you just edited on the other tab and delete it from the Wiki page. Example of wikitext you would remove from the page: {{Inutwy}}
3. Copy the following wikitext and paste it at the very top of the Wiki page.

Step Six - Fix the Template
1. Replace the word, STATE in the template you just put on the Wiki page with the correct corresponding state. There are 4 instances of this word to replace.
2. Replace FULL NAME OF THE PAGE to the name of the page you are working on. This is found in link5. When copying the title do not include the word, Editing. We will not be abbreviating this page name.
3. If the previous breadcrumb included two different states, create another breadcrumb template for the additional state. Then paste it directly under the other breadcrumb.
Step Seven - Preview and Save the Page
1. Once the breadcrumb is created, go to the bottom of the page and click on "Show preview". Check the top of the page to make sure the new breadcrumb looks correct and there are no red links.

2. In the Edit Summary field, copy and paste the following wikitext:

3. Return to the task list to type in the date when you completed it and choose the next wiki page on the list.
