Following the questions raised in the forum thread ''[https://www.familysearch.org/learn/forums/en/showthread.php?t=7470 Foreign Titles in User Guidance/ linking to Foreign Language editions]'' and the resulting community discussion held during the [[FamilySearch Wiki:Technical Meeting Agenda 24 May 2011|Technical meeting of 24 May]], the principle is that different language version of the Research Wiki will be created, starting with 10 core languages. Pages in these wiki should be written only in that language. Before a language version of the wiki is created non-English content can be added to the English Wiki, but must be tagged with the {{tl|notenglish}} template that will be amended to take a parameter, that will be used to group together pages written in the same language. --[[User:Cottrells|Steve]] 17:55, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
