  • 1940 Census Help UGA's project with FamilySearch Indexing
  • UGA Virtual Chapter, every 3rd Thursday, 7:00 p.m. (Mountain). 19 April topic: 1940 census with Tom McGill, FamilySearch
  • Saturday, June 9th, a Family History Fair will be held in Murray. Sponsored by FamilySearch? Details will follow.
  • BYU July31- Aug 3, BYU Conference on Family History & Genealogy

  • Newspapers task: did create a few templates. Did not get with Liz about writing the task

  • Finalize the content and style for the Newspapers topics

We need to get these ready so we can make the task

What order shall we do them in: greatest need for users or quickest to write?
Or a combination of both.

Decided: we will add our votes to each one by Monday p.m.

Libraries Discussion, con't[edit | edit source]

Yet to be addressed:

  • List only libraries that have collections - or list others as well
  • Link to Utah Archives and Libraries page from each county
  • Format for gathering information - not yet decided
  • Pictures of Libraries would be helpful
