Purpose
These four new collections need to be added to all county pages in Ohio, USA and Virginia, USA.

Beginning Instructions
There are four new collections that need to be added separately to county pages in in Ohio, USA and Virginia, USA.
1. You will need to sign up for a county under a collection title tab on the Task List.
2. Go to the instructions for the specific collection below.
Ohio, Church and Civil Deaths, 1833-1967
Step One
Sign your name next to a county on the Ohio, Church and Civil Deaths, 1833-1967 tab of the task list.
Step Two
Go to Ohio, United States Genealogy and click your county you signed up for.
Step Three
In the contents, select Death under Vital Records. This should jump you down to the Subheading Death. You can also just scroll down to this subheading.
Step Four
- Click Edit Source next to Death.
- Copy the following code and paste it in order according to date range:

- Click Show Preview to make sure it looks good.
- Enter in "/* Death */New Collections Project" as the Summary.
- Click Save Changes.
Here is an example of what it should look like.
Ohio Newspapers, 1793-2009
Step One
Sign your name next to a county on the Ohio Newspapers, 1793-2009 tab of the task list.
Step Two
Go to Ohio, United States Genealogy and click your county you signed up for.
Step Three
In the contents, select Newspapers. This should jump you down to the Subheading Newspapers. You can also just scroll down to this subheading.
Step Four
- Click Edit Source next to Newspapers.
- Copy the following code and paste it in order according to date range:

- Click Show Preview to make sure it looks good.
- Enter in "/* Newspapers */New Collections Project" as the Summary.
- Click Save Changes.

Step One
Sign your name next to a county on the Ohio Death Index, 1913-1944, 1954-1963 tab of the task list.
Step Two
Go to Ohio, United States Genealogy and click your county you signed up for.
Step Three
In the contents, select Death under Vital Records. This should jump you down to the Subheading Death. You can also just scroll down to this subheading.

- Click Edit Source next to Death.

Step One
Sign your name next to a county on the Virginia, Marriages, 1785-1940 tab of the task list.
Step Two
Go to Virginia, United States Genealogy and click your county you signed up for.
Step Three
In the contents, select Marriages under Vital Records. This should jump you down to the Subheading Marriage. You can also just scroll down to this subheading.
Step Four
- Click Edit Source next to Marriage.
- Copy the following code and paste it at the end of the entry that begins with 1785-1940. NOTE: if the entry is NOT on the page, make a note on the task list and move to the next county.

- Click Show Preview to make sure it looks good.
- Enter in "/* Marriage */New Collections Project" as the Summary.
