3. Replace MUNICIPIO NAME with the name of the municipo.



4. Replace REGION NAME with the name of the región.



5. Transfer information from the document to the blank project page. Copy the text for each bullet point. Add and subtract bullet points as needed. Bullet points are created using an asterisk. Make sure any diacritic marks stay the same. Populate each section on the page as follows:



6. Historia section:
   • Copy the text for each bullet point
   • For the Citas sentence (starts with <ref>) add Spanish Wikipedia article name, link to the article and date.

   • Link: copy the link from the document.
   • Article name: click on the link in the document and copy the article name.
   • Date: format as DAY de MONTH, YEAR. Example: Visitado el 2 de septiembre, 2018.
     
     

7. Registro civil:
   • Add link and collection name from the document to the first sentence. Continue until you have added all the listed collections.
   • If there are no records listed use the second sentence.
   
   
   
8. Registros parroquiales:
   • Add link and collection name from the document to the first sentence. Continue until you have added all the listed collections.
   • If there are no records listed use the second sentence.
   
   
   
9. Censos:
   • Add link and collection name from the document to the sentence in the section. Continue until you have added all the listed collections.
   • If there are no records listed use the second sentence.
   
   
   
10. Cementerios:
    • Add cemeteries from the document.
    • If there are no cemeteries listed delete the asterisk.
      
      
11. Localidades:
    • Add localnames from the document.
    • If there are places listed under some other name on the document, change the section title to what it is called on the document.
    
    
    
12. Save the page and place the date you finish it on the task list. Move onto the next municipio and repeat the process.



13. Once you have finished all the municipios for a region, place the date you finished Part Two on the task list. Move on to the next region and start with Part One.
